When submitting a claim, the burden of proof is on the employee, and the more documentation you can provide, the better.
Whether placing your claims in the 404 box or directly mailing your claims to me, please print everything on one side of the copy you provide. It makes things go much smoother for me when preparing your claim for the next step in the process.
If you submit a timekeeping service ticket for a claim or anything pay related, add your local chairman as a viewer on the ticket. I can then see the ticket and respond to the timekeeper if needed. Just type in my last name and pick it from the list.
