If you are charged with a rule violation you DO NOT have to sign for discipline the day of the incident. It has been reported that crews are being pressured to sign; once again you DO NOT have to sign that day. I spoke with Superintendent Ricky Wells and he stated that you have until the day before the investigation to sign, if you choose. You will not be allowed to sign on the day of the investigation. If you are being told by managers you have to sign that day, send an email to Myself, Geoff Naqvi or Kevin Schnell explaining what was said and by whom.
