The Crew sheets for Metra service will be changing. The jobs will be going up for bid on 05/24/18 and close noon on 05/31/18, the jobs will become effective on 06/03/18 at 00:01. Engineers who are assigned to Metra service on 06/03/18 at 00:01 and did not bid one of the new assignments with have displacement rights, beginning at 00:01, however if you choose not to bid one of new assignments, you will NOT have displacement rights to bump a younger Engineer who bid one of the new assignments as per BLE&T rule 65(a), unless you were absent during the bulletining process as outlined in BLE&T rule 64(b).
